Anyone who does not want to do any PRACTICAL work on himself, or question himself, had best keep away from this book because it could be dangerous! This text is not aimed at those who just read three pages of anything every night because they cannot get to sleep.
On the contrary, if its contents are really understood… it is a book that takes away sleep and awakens you. Through a lively dialogue, sometimes raw, and certainly out of the conventional style of spiritual schemes and false myths, it encourages a voluntary desire for personal growth, or to say it better, it is a book that speaks of "inner work" and is directed to those who feel the need to evolve ... to grow ... to go beyond the limits of the current "humanity".
What is the shortest way that leads to the realization? You can choose the path that suits you best, but your seriousness will determine your progress. Reading this Manual of Awakening of the Consciousness, it is evident that besides our studying in-depth the content of the book, the author invites us to apply the principles that are exposed in it in our lives, according to our own capabilities.

When I started to read You Are the Light, I quickly realised that I could let go of the need to “study” the book rather than simply enjoying it, while still being able to clarify my doubts and find little “nuggets" of wisdom I can relate to my own experiences.
Muz Murray has written the kind of book that I could read and re-read ad infinitum, discovering new dimensions every time I open its pages, even if I would do it at random. The subjects are organised in alphabetical order and the ease of the language used means that whether you go from the first to the last page or by topic, the book is consistent and accessible throughout. I admired the opportunity the reader has to find space to question existing ideas and conditioning in the light of the evidence and the experiences that the author brilliantly manages to relate to his audience.

The Philosopher's Stone for the earnest spiritual seeker
I have been on my spiritual journey for my years from being a practicing Christian and reading revelation where I wasn't sure if I was the chosen one on the right or the deluded on the left, which sent shock waves through me, culminating in me deciding to "prove all things, stay fast to that which is true" as exhorted in Thessalonians.
